Something to Eat Farm

Established in 2016,

Something to Eat Farm of Mansfield, Arkansas, started out to offer neighbors "Something to Eat", specifically Non-GMO food, free of harmful chemicals and pesticides.

For three years, primarily sharing their goods at the Fort Smith Farmers Market, Something to Eat Farm offered customers the best fresh produce and flower bouquets, as well as Natural Bath & Body Products, Art, Music and their first book, a children's book, entitled

"Gifts on The Farm".

As a Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) Farm, in their second year of farming, Something to Eat Farm teamed up with the NEW SOUTH Co-op.  In 2018, Bryson became a NEW SOUTH Board Member.

This year Something to Eat Farm will be offering specific produce in large quantities to New South, along with their Beautiful Farm Flowers. They are thankful for another year with New South.

"We are grateful for all of the wonderful people we have met and have gotten to know over the years.

Joe Carr, Founder/Manager of the Fort Smith Farmer's Market, helped mentor and guide us over the last few years. He is one of the most hard-working people we have met and really has helped a lot of people... farmers, other vendors and market customers."

Something to Eat Farm might become a "you-pick" in the future, with an emphasis on berries. They have hundreds of berry plants in the ground and will see what God has planned!

Co-founders Bryson and Jill VanCleve  have a Family friendly YouTube Channel focussing on God, Music, Farming and Homesteading. They will continue to add more content for you this year including testimonies, special recipes, how-to videos and new music!!
